Agreed that solo cloaky Loki loses too much DPS for its cost. Consider a Rapier. Similar DPS (counting drones), better web range, much better price-point shopping.

It's ended in Null every time I've run it. IMO, it's also a crappy (in terms of time versus ISK) complex to run. You almost certainly need a fully passive setup to run it, which usually means a Drake or an Ishtar, which don't exactly blitz the rat...
